These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Nothing But Assets (the “Service”), operated by Dressmor, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Dressmor”), based in Renton, Washington, USA.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nothing But Assets is a calm personal finance dashboard. It helps you see net worth, holdings, and expenses in one place so you can know what you already have.

We are not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax adviser, or financial planner. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own money decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live, if higher) to create an account. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access other users’ data, probe our systems, or bypass security
• Reverse engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or disrupt the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or upload malware or harmful content
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or put the Service or other users at risk.

The Free plan includes sample portfolio views and limited expense tracking. Pro is $12 per month, billed through Stripe. Pro features (such as unlimited expenses and Plaid Link in sandbox) are described in the app and on our pricing section.

You can cancel Pro anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal (reachable from Settings → Manage billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access through the end of the paid period unless Stripe or law requires otherwise.

Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law.

Taxes: Stripe Tax may apply at checkout based on your billing location and our tax settings. Tax, if any, is shown at checkout and may be charged in addition to the $12/mo price.

Our Partners page may include affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you use those links. Partner products are offered by third parties — not by Dressmor — and their terms, fees, and eligibility apply. We do not control those services.

The Service integrates with processors such as Stripe (payments) and Plaid (optional account linking). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, decisions, or content outside our control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including balances or sample portfolio figures) will be complete or current.

In plain terms: Nothing But Assets is a software tool for organizing information you already have. We work hard to keep the Service reliable and secure, but we cannot promise it will never have bugs, downtime, or a security incident. To the extent the law allows, you use the Service at your own risk for decisions you make about money.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRESSMOR, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR FOR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE — INCLUDING CLAIMS RELATED TO ERRORS IN DISPLAYED BALANCES OR TRANSACTIONS, THIRD-PARTY OUTAGES (SUCH AS STRIPE OR PLAID), UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR A DATA BREACH — WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or willful misconduct where such limits are prohibited).

You agree to defend and indemnify Dressmor, LLC against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights — to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts located in King County, Washington (state or federal, as applicable) have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date below. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If a change is material, we may also provide additional notice (for example by email or in-app).
